Course Overview
SCRUM is an iterative, incremental process for developing any product or managing any work. It is an iterative approach which utilises a 30 day cycle. This course will describe in detail the fundamental aspects of SCRUM and how it operates.

What will I learn?
This course is aimed at new users of SCRUM although existing users that have not had any formal training will also get benefit.

This course is hands-on with practical exercises throughout. Hand outs will be provided to take back to the workplace
