Dunstan Thomas Group growth drives creation of new offices in the heart of Watford’s business district

Financial services technology leader Dunstan Thomas has just moved into new, much larger offices in Watford. A number of development teams are now based at the new Watford office which is located in the heart of Watford’s business quarter, also home to KPMG and other professional services and IT firms.

Dunstan Thomas Group has more than doubled its payroll to 120 people and seen sales more than double over the last 18 months through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth, as the IT company has accelerated its growth plans in all parts of the business and across all three of its UK offices in Portsmouth, Manchester and now Watford. Dunstan Thomas also has offices in Cape Town, South Africa.

The new Watford office is in Iveco House, next to the Watford Junction mainline train station. Shared spaces on the second and first floor offer the use of dining facilities, meeting rooms, and extensive break-out areas for relaxation and functions.

Dunstan Thomas has been redoubling its focus on building a leadership position in financial services technology solutions market serving wealth management firms, platforms and product providers both in the UK and South Africa – helping them to make the complex understandable with exceptional digital user experiences and customer journeys.

Dunstan Thomas also recently created the new umbrella product brand Integro CX as part of this increased focus. Integro CX is a customer experience (CX) suite designed to augment, renew and refresh legacy and new financial technology, providing transactional and dashboard solutions for platforms, product providers and wealth managers. It provides highly adaptable and usable Adviser, Client and Administrator-facing portals and configurable workflow engines delivering application forms, on-boarding processes, transactional capabilities, administration processes, document repositories, reporting capabilities, statutory statement delivery and much more.

Dunstan Thomas Financial Services division also recently completed rebranding of its Imago suite on functional lines: creating Imago Tools, Imago Illustrations, Imago Administration, Imago Automation. These offerings, which can be offered as fully-bundled Outsourced IT Services, provide a comprehensive array of client and adviser and platform tools including new business illustration creation and processing, Statutory Money Purchase Illustrations, Annual Reviews, Drip Feed Drawdown illustrations, Flexi Access Drawdown illustrations, MiFID II illustrations and a great deal more. The Group has also expanded its IT consulting and wholesale energy trading offerings during the same period.
