CONSULTING

Dunstan Thomas have been providing technology services since 1986. Today DT ALM Consulting provides a set of services for businesses faced with the key challenge of delivering technology systems successfully

DT ALM solutions provide a holistic approach to the delivery of business value from training  to  mentoring,  from  consulting to outsourcing. Following a training course for example, DT ALM can provide mentoring and consulting with experienced practitioners to work as a full time resource on your project, or to dip in and out as is needed.

As DT ALM extends its services beyond training, it looks to enable business to:

  • Merge the software engineering process with the management of that process, so as to increase visibility, control and predictability of projects.
  • To design software for operations at source, so as to lower costs and increase the collaboration between development and operations.
  • Encompass the end to end application lifecycle beyond purely technical development activities.
  • Ensure the alignment of IT between the business, development and operations.

DT ALM Consulting ensures that three primary disciplines are adhered to:

  • The way software is designed - software design
  • The way it is structured - software architecture
  • How it is developed - software development processes

With a set of packaged consulting solutions DT provides full application lifecycle support and services from business modelling and design through to development and deployment.
