SCRUM is an iterative, incremental
process for developing any product
or managing any work. It is an
iterative approach which utilises a
30 day cycle. This course will
describe in detail the fundamental
aspects of SCRUM and how it
operates.

This course is aimed at new users of
SCRUM although existing users that
have not had any formal training
will also get benefit.
