Course Overview
This workshop describes the activities involved in advanced Requirements Management and Development, more specifically Requirements Baseline, Document Factory and Roles responsible for those activities.

While the RM process is toolset independent, CaliberRM is the preferred tool and is used in all practical work.

What will I learn?
The instructor introduces in detail the activities plus how each role interacts within the process. There are opportunities to demonstrate participants understanding with hands-on, practical exercises.
