Agile Software Development with SCRUM

Course Overview

This two-day course is aimed at managers and developers who need to understand the relevance and practical use of Scrum for agile software development. The course introduces the principles and practices of agile projects and explains with both presentations and practical work, how to use Scrum with your team.

What will I learn?

Agile approaches to software development are revolutionising the effectiveness of software development teams by providing continuous feedback to stakeholders on the scope, quality and velocity of the project. By understanding the common elements of successful agile processes, and the specific practices of the Scrum process, this course will give you the ability to plan and implement agile processes for your own team.

On completion of the course delegates will understand the principles, values and practices of Scrum and be able to initiate, plan or participate in an agile software development project.
