What will I learn?
CaliberRM Advanced: Effective and Efficient Requirements Management is a process and techniques oriented course that provides three days of process and techniques identification, mentoring and hand-on execution. The focus will be on identifying process "Best Practices" and techniques that "Add Value" to the requirements management efforts with the intent of fostering some process structure and suggested techniques for executing that process. Throughout the course, you will be mentored via the Instructor's expertise in the identification and definition of effective and efficient process steps and the most appropriate techniques to execute those process steps.

All concepts are taught through a combination of instructor-led discussion and self-paced exercises. After completing this course, you will be able to identify, define and execute requirements management process "Best Practices" and appropriate "Value Add" techniques for executing your defined process.
