Property Manager

Overview

Imago Property Manager is a property management administration platform that has been designed specifically with pensions and investment in mind. Imago Property Manager can be deployed either as an integrated part of Imago Administration or can be deployed on its own or integrated into other non Imago systems.


Features

Syndicated Ownership - The system caters for syndicated ownership of properties with no limit to the number of syndicated members.

Contact Management - The system is capable of holding all the required contact information for a given property contact in a centralized storage area. The contact can be linked to any number of properties with any number of roles including:

  • Architects
  • Brokers
  • Contractors
  • IFA’s
  • Lenders
  • Members
  • Purchasers
  • Property Coordinators
  • Solicitors
  • Surveyors
  • Tenants

Account Management - The system enables the tracking of all money transactions into and out of the property account including:

  • Property and Contact Fees
  • Loans and Standing Orders
  • Tenant Rent

Insurance Premiums - The system is capable of handling different types of insurance cover and variable weighting of the insurance premiums down to the tenants.

Tenant Management - The system is able to manage any number of tenants for a given property. A complete history of tenant information is held over time including:

  • Lease Information
  • Rent Contract Information
  • Tenant Correspondence
  • Rent Demand History

Calculate and Demand Rent - Rent demands are calculated and produced based on the tenant’s individual lease and rent contract setup. Any Interest accrued through late rent payment is compounded over time and fully broken down.

Reporting - The system produces a wide range of reports based on stored data including:

  • Property contact and accounting Information
  • Tenant contact and rent information
  • Which tenants are due for rent review
