Dunstan Thomas Group Limited is a subsidiary of the Curtis Banks Group. Curtis Banks acquired Dunstan Thomas Group Limited and its subsidiaries in August 2020. The subsidiary companies are the trading entities for Dunstan Thomas. The subsidiary companies are:

• Dunstan Thomas Holdings Limited provides consumer and adviser tools, calculators, illustration and disclosure systems, as well as portal and administration solutions for the financial services market with Imago Administration, Imago Illustrations, Imago Tools, Imago Automation and Imago Portal. The Imago family of products have been designed to meet the unique needs of product providers and platforms for the pensions and savings market.
  
  The Integro CX family of products are portals and dashboards designed for the complexities of the financial services market.
• Platform Action are specialists in financial services, with a successful track record of implementations delivered with a team of highly experienced experts.
• Dunstan Thomas Consulting Limited provides technology consulting, training, software development and support services across business sectors.

History

Dunstan Thomas was founded in 1986 to provide software development and consulting resources. Early clients included IBM, Lotus and Racal. In the late 1980's the company delivered database consulting and training services and became a principal partner of Borland delivering professional services across a broad spectrum of technologies. Clients of these services included Exxon, BP and Barclays Bank.

By the mid 1990's Dunstan Thomas established a relationship with Microsoft and in 2004, became a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner delivering solutions with Microsoft technology. During the mid 1990's the company entered the pensions and investments market by providing services for James Hay and then later for Capita SIP Services. Over this period Dunstan Thomas has provided solutions and services for Aviva, Standard Life, Zurich Financial Services, National Australia Bank, HSBC, Barclays, RBS, and Clerical Medical.

Through Dunstan Thomas Holdings, Imago and Integro CX clients include; AJ Bell, AEGON, Canada Life, Courtiers, Curtis Banks, Discovery, Embark, Fidelity, Mattioli Woods, Multrees, Novia, Options, Pershing, Xafinity and Zurich.

In August 2020, the Curtis Banks Group acquired Dunstan Thomas. The acquisition provides additional financial strength to increase growth and delivery of the product roadmaps, whilst increasing the company’s focus and presence in the financial services market.
